We are still reflecting on London Cocktail Week and our next post is about The House of Peroni.

Prior to LCW the Master of Mixology Simone Caporale headed to Venice with a group of influential Italian mixologists – Rudi Carraro (formerly Artesian), Davide Zanardo (Chiltern Firehouse), Luca Missaglia (Aqua Shard), Gabriele Manfredi (Oriole), Maurizio Palermo (45 Park Lane) and Simone Spagnoli (Mr Fogg’s) where they created 7 special cocktails for the event. Rumors say they can still be discovered at the places where the above mixologists work 😉

During the event Giuseppe Gallo presented his new brand Italicus – Rosolio di Bergamotto, which has been under development for almost a year, reviving the recipe that dates back to 1800s. The new aperitif is a must taste!

Here is a sneak peak to Sergio Leanza serving “Tricolore” at LCW16.

We have also captured Andrea Falcone earlier last week preparing the “Italiano Vero” and things were really heating up in his hands.
